Edge Edge Solution co-operates with Customer* by providing engineering taskforce to participate in our customer projects. I have managed several engineers from Edge Solutions during one of our systems integration projects in the Middle East. As part of this project, Edge Solution provides both onsite and off-site services, including system analysis, design, testing and support for maintenance. The project delivers and maintains a charging and mediation solution for a major mobile operator based in the Persian Gulf area.
The engineers from Edge Solutions that worked in our project showed a concrete and proactive approach to both project-related and practical issues, and have been shown capability to work without close supervision by the project manager, both remotely and on-site. They have been covering customer-exposed roles as part of our project organisation, and have integrated well with our internal employees.
So far the team performance was above average, and has been outstanding especially during hands-on activities and concerning documentation (requirements, testing). Part of their role has involved coaching junior engineers as well as customer staff.
