I hereby confirm successful cooperation case between Edge Solutions and billing team of Project4. P4 is the newest Polish cellular operator that launched its services in mid-March
2007. We are working with ES team since August 2006. Edge Solutions assigned Test Manager and test team (3-6 engineers depending on needs) to set up the quality assurance practice for IT Billing
division. They organized the whole process from scratch, prepared document templates, process documentation and are working on User Acceptance Test of billing system releases and sales support
applications. Daily tasks include not only test planning, preparation and execution but also incident management and coaching of business people. Our experience with ES is very good so far. They
provide skilled and committed resources that help with our operations. We are looking forward to continue working with them. The value added by ES to IT operations if clear to us - it helps to
