Symantec has signed Edge Solution as an outsourcing partner within software localization domain in 2003.
Since then ES provides quality assurance services for our corporate and retail product ranges for the local markets in EMEA, Asia and LAM regions.
Part of Symantec's process assumes this kind of work is performed by 3rd party vendor to ensure independent verification of our deliverables.
Services delivered by ES include software localization test execution for new releases and patches, test review and documentation updates, help with customer documentation creation, build
acceptance, bug reporting and verification and service audit for other Symantec vendors. ES provides and maintains test environment including software and hardware, test engineers and test
leads (number ranges from 5 to 20 people working on our projects).
So far ES was able to provide necessary infrastructure and skilled people demonstrating the potential and flexibility. So far the cooperation keeps going in the right direction and we are happy with the quality of delivered services, timing and prices making ES one of our best vendors.
