Project management

Project management – a set of activities necessary to achieve primarily fixed as well as intermediate objectives in a finite time slot. It includes planning, scheduling, implementation and task control needed to achieve the objectives of the project.

Together with the rapid development of the new technologies sector, the project approach in the implementation of the organization’s tasks has become more popular. The person managing a project bears a huge responsibility, and the scope of his duties is really wide. However what counts above all are: interpersonal skills, the ability to make decisions in critical situations, resistance to stress and analytical skills. Within IT projects, the expertise in the field of new technologies is also very helpful (though not obligatory).
