We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Professional to join a young team in Warsaw. We are looking for a bright, dynamic individual who likes working in a busy environment.
- PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT -
A contract is drawn up for a test period of 2-6 months and can be extended to 12+ months. It can be terminated by either party one week in advance in test period and four weeks in advance after test period. Detailed information about the period of employment and regulations of terminating a contract are included in the contract.
-WORKING HOURS-
Monday to Friday the usual working time is 8-9 hours, including unpaid breaks Working time is documented on the basis of weekly employee attendance cards, filled out by the employee and confirmed by a superior.
- PLACE OF WORK -
The place of work is an office facility located in Warsaw.

Salary conditions are provided upon request.

- Direct experience within IT Staffing industry.

- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Establish and manage revenue goals (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Successfully drive revenue growth.
- Participate in customer engagements with the top customers and deliver high impact (impact = closed revenue and customer satisfaction).
- Responding to the needs of Customers and building relationships with Clients.
- Prospecting for new contacts, building and maintaining existing Client relationships.
- Doing in-depth business analysis of targeted companies.
- Increasing customer understanding of services and pricing models as well as competitive advantage over other service providers.
- Independently established and organizes daily sales activities.
- ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Anticipate and proactively manage risks and exploit opportunities;
- Identify, analyze, and report on competitive threats and pricing, customer concerns, and market dynamics.
- Work closely with management team to support a wide range of business development activities, including channel partnerships, strategy formulation and new business opportunities.
